Meet Soosh

Born and raised in the East Bay, Soosh grew up all along the East Shore while he completed his degree in Small Business Management with a Concentration in Entrepreneurship. His degree holds a heavy focus on Marketing and Advertising which helped him develop multiple business strategies and concepts for his own cafes over the years.

In 2010 after 4 years of corporate experience in the food service industry as a Manager, he established NorthSide Cafe and Catering company in Berkeley. He continuously evolved his business to the changing times, and grew a non-existing catering business into a successful and profitable entity. His success lies in his ability to understand the needs of his clients, providing top tier service, and always being available to assist.

After successfully investing in real estate, both on the commercial and residential side, Soosh found his new calling. Using over a decade of his experience in negotiating, making equitable real estate decisions, seasoned marketing and communication skills, he is prepared to assist a first-time home buyer or seasoned investor in their transaction.

Soosh currently resides with his wife and 2 children in Martinez and enjoys photography in his spare time. Meet Carol

Carol started working for Wells Fargo at the age of 18 and went on to Bank of the West, where she acquired extensive experience in management, training, IT, compliance, retail analysis, and more. This broad background in the banking industry served her well, allowing her to deftly transition into real estate after having her daughter. Her prior expertise in such a highly audited industry cultivated broad-ranging skills and the discipline to cross the t's and dot the i's in all her transactions.

Clients love Carol for her dedication, patience, availability, and responsiveness. She enjoys negotiating on behalf of her clients, whether they are upgrading or downsizing through marriage, relocation, divorce, or other major life transition. Her experience allows her to guide sellers easily through the pre listing activities while providing astute recommendations that add value and attract buyers. She is equally adept at helping homebuyers find "The Home" and enjoys educating them on the process, especially first time homebuyers. Helping someone achieve their homeownership goals truly brings Carol joy.

Carol grew up in Walnut Creek and now lives in Martinez with her husband and children. She received both a B.A. in Business Administration and MBA from St. Mary’s College and speaks Arabic. She endeavors to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike and takes a “We’re all in this together!” approach.
